Amazing space for the price. The rooms, pool and food was all worth it. Unfortunately, all the good times we were having got messed up when we asked for extra coffee sachet and dental kit etc. At first they were like the time is 11.30pm and everyone sleeps at this time. Then they were like has it been mentioned in the app while booking that you can order extra sachets. And finally they informed they were having a bad day cos a lot of customers on the day, which messed up our stay. wanted to go for 2 star. But maybe it would have happened cos of the day on which stayed. Anyway's i wouldn't personally recommend this place to my friends pr so. But the rooms, pool and food were amazing. Customer dealing is pathetic.

Excellent location, clean rooms, awesome view of Chalakudy river from balcony but very limited food options and shortage of staff. They are not yet fully ready to entertain guests at this post-COVID scenario. Mr. Alby, the owner is a very nice person and he promised us better service next time. Keep it in mind that Athirappilly waterfall is almost one hour drive from this resort.

mr. alby sir is such a kind host and a true gentleman. was travelling with my daughter so he arranged late breakfast in room for us ..so helpful.. really appreciable.. enjoyed the stay thoroughly.. breakfast was yummy. lake view from the room was just superb .. great value for money.. staff was also very kind and helpful .

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel..The staffs were really cooperative, especially the receptionist named Baiju Chettan..He fulfilled our requirements especially serving food at outdoor...The place where the hotel located is really mind blowing..The rooms were clean $ good food.. We are glad to visit the hotel again...

The Anchorage, is a wonderful place to stay. Its balcony and the view of the river is breath taking. The most admirable factor about this place is the hospitality of the staff, especially Mr Baiju. They are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very neat and tidy. Thanku, Team Anchorage and go Ibibio.
